3. Intellectual Property

All content in the App—including text, translations, design, logos, code, images, and software—is owned by ILMTECH LIMITED or licensed to us.

You may not reproduce or redistribute any content without our permission.

4. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Certain features and content in the App are available through in-app purchases or subscriptions ("Premium Features").

Subscription Processing

Payments are processed securely through Apple's App Store. We do not receive or store your payment information.

Subscription Management

Subscription status and entitlement checks are handled through RevenueCat, a third-party service that securely verifies your App Store purchase and unlocks premium content.

RevenueCat receives only anonymized purchase information as provided by Apple. We do not share personal data with RevenueCat.

Billing & Refunds

All billing, subscription renewals, and refunds are managed solely by Apple.

Refund requests must be submitted through Apple's official support channels.

Access to Premium Features

Premium access continues as long as your subscription is active.

If your subscription expires or is cancelled, access to premium features will automatically end.

5. User Accounts (If Introduced in Future Versions)

If future versions allow users to create accounts, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Keep your credentials secure
  • Take responsibility for all activity under your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not guarantee that:

  • The App will always function without errors or interruptions
  • Premium features will be available at all times
  • Any content is accurate, complete, or up-to-date

Your use of the App is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ILMTECH LIMITED shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, productivity, or profits
  • Device malfunction or damage
  • Issues arising from third-party payment processors or subscription services

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to stop using it.

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we handle user data, subscription validation, and third-party services.

The Privacy Policy is available within the App's Settings menu.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App.

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, the "Last Updated" date will be revised.

Your continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
